Chad- Is a 34 year old male living in the Saint George, Utah area. He is a realtor/ home flipper. He enjoys buying small homes, fixing them up and then turning around and selling them for more than what he payed. He has thought about the idea of somebody making them look better to sell them faster.
Jill- Is a 43 year old woman currently living in the Saint George, Utah area. She is a realtor who enjoys selling homes that are decorated and look very nice inside and out. She does not have the time to do this all herself so she needs to hire another company to come and do it for her.
